Hi, I’m SARA

Wife, mother, and slow parenting enthusiast! I am on a mission to TRANSFORM families one mama at a time. It all started with the birth of my middle son, Lukas. Parenting him left me feeling totally isolated, overwhelmed, and running on fumes. If you parent a neurodivergent child, then my guess is you know EXACTLY how I felt.

I knew that there had to be better way, so I dove deep into all things parenting. Still I felt inadequate, often not measuring up to any particular style, and that’s when I realized something that changed my life…

Motherhood

Moms today face challenges that no other generation has faced before. As if we didn’t already have an inner voice whispering to us that we aren’t good enough, the constant access to each others lives often leaves us feeling inadequate, ashamed, and full of guilt. Have you felt it too? We are getting pulled in a lot of directions, often distracting us from the things that matter most. If we want to build a family culture that is unshakable, and aligns with our deepest values then it is up to us to take action in order to choose a different way.

And if you are here I think you have felt it too. The call to slow down, simplify your life, and have a more JOY-filled motherhood. The thing is, that in order to show up for them we first have to show up for US. Our children need to see US modeling the traits that we want them to develop, but that won’t be possible if we are stuck in chronic survival mode; operating from an empty tank. Here, I share ALL the things that have helped me rewrite ingrained narratives, reverse limiting beliefs, become highly attuned to my own central nervous system, and show up for ME. You can do this too! Go from frustrated and overwhelmed to embodying Clarity, Calm, and Connection. Can’t wait to journey with you, now let’s do this!
